My name is Lily and I am a lovable female Dachshund that is looking or my new furever home. Now don't pay attention to the fact I am 14yrs young because I am in excellent health and act like a young dog not a senior!! I am very friendly and have live with my mom all my life but sadly she is going to a nursing home and I need to find a home because I am not allowed to go with. My mom is looking to find me one before she goes because she loves me and wants me to find the best home. I do get along with other dogs just fine esp if they are my size but a puppy may be something different because they may want to play with me and be too rough,put it this way I would be a great companion for another dog my age so we can hang out together and play at our speed. I also would prefer a home with adult children or no children since I have not lived with small and young children my entire life and 14yrs later I would prefer it stays that way, we don't want anyone hurt. I can't tell you how I would be with cats, it was just me and my mommy and no kitties to take any of her time away from me.
I am housebroken and fully vetted and always have been very well taken care of, I was my mommies baby.
