Freddie is my name and belly rubs is my game!! I somehow got lost and ended up in doggy jail...I was so scared in there and was a bit grumpy until the nice lady from the Double E Rescue Ranch came and bailed me out. Ever since then I have been a happy boy who loves belly rubs and dancing for treats. I also love helping you keep your pillow warm at night. I'm quite the snuggler. I'm about 6 years old and have all my vetting done. I'm heartworm negative and don't appear to have any health problems. I probably wouldn't be so good in a house with small or energetic children. But, we can always assess that on a case by case basis. I would love to meet you if your interested in making me a part of your family. I love my foster mommy very much but, would still like to find the perfect family of my own so that she can help other scared guys like me.
Freddie is available for adoption through Double E Rescue Ranch. Adopters must live within 250 miles of Copperas Cove, Texas.
The first step of the adoption process is to complete the adoption application at http://www.jotform.us/form/33520245395149. You can also find the adoption application online at the website www.DoubleERescueRanch.com. After receiving the application we will contact you to further discuss the dog that your interested in and schedule a meet and greet.
Our adoption process also includes a home visit and adoption contract.
Due to the fact that the majority of our dogs are small in size or older in age we generally do not adopt to homes that have children under 10 years of age for safety reasons. We will possibly consider it on a case by case basis, depending on the personality of the dog.
The adoption donation fee for Freddie is $200 and includes the following:
-Current on DHPP Vaccine
-Current on Bordatella (Kennel Cough) Vaccine
-Current on Rabies Vaccine
-Spayed/Neutered
-Microchipped
-Heartworm Tested and on monthly prevention if they are negative and on slow kill heartworm treatment if positive. (slow kill medication will be provided with the adoption and a 6 month follow up heartworm test)
-6 Months of Heartworm Prevention
-One Month of Free Pet Care Insurance
-Bag of current food
-Collar and Leash
-Lifetime support from the rescue
