Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, Willow Here!
I have been with my foster mom now for the past two weeks. We have a pretty good routine now and I have settled in quite nicely. They think I am only slightly older than a year due to my beautiful pearly white teeth. :)
Things That I Like:
(1) Tennis Balls - I love to play ball, but I don't just run after the ball, I usually have to bat it around a bit then I bring it back to you.
(2) Belly rubs - oh boy do I love these! Then I like to look back up at you and ask for a couple more. If you stop I get the hint real quick and go back to doing my own thing.
(3) Crate - I LOVE my crate. This is my safe place. If my human is getting ready or working on a project I usually can be found resting in my crate. My human feeds me breakfast and dinner in here too. I always go right in when asked.
(4) Food - I work really well for food. Mmmmmm...
Things That I Am Good At:
(1) Being Obedient & Being A Quick Learner - My human is always complementing me at how well I listen to her. She tells me I can sit faster than she can say the word sit. I lay down nicely, wait patiently at the door and come when called. Mom says we have a little more work to do with outside stimuli and recall, but she says I am improving nicely.
(2) Checking in - I am good at checking in with my human and keeping in tune with her when inside and we are improving well when outside.
(3) Chilling out- I have no problem laying down and chilling while my human is eating dinner or while she is running around getting human chores done. I don't seek out excessive attention. I will look up and check in, and if called will come stick by human's side and hope for another belly rub.
(4) Playing with Little Dogs - There is a 4 month old Pomeranian next door and I love to play with him. His name is Dan the Dandelion. He is silly. He jumps all over me. I sometimes lay down so I am at his level and we kiss each others noses.
Things I Am Not Sure Of:
(1) Some Dogs: I do better with smaller dogs and dogs that don't come in my space too quickly. Small dogs I warm up to real quick, but other ones I just need more time to get to know them and then I can adjust nicely.
(2) Trusting Random People: I LOOOOOVE my foster human, boy oh boy do I love her, but am still learning to trust other humans. When other people want to meet me, I would rather turn around and be by my foster moms side. We are playing games around other people and am learning that some random people can be A OK.
I am a great girl! Eager to learn.Very smart and oh so sweet. Please check out our adoption policy and contact my foster mom if you are interested in learning more about me.
