My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rain! Rain is a purebred, petite 1 year old Weimaraner. She just turned 1 in December so she is still a puppy and loves to play! She is a snuggler, too! Rain is a "velcro Weim" who really loves her people. She spent the first year of her life in a backyard, 24/7, with only dirt, not even a dog house. Despite this horrible beginning, she is loving and sweet. She is a little hesitant until she knows you, but once she knows you, you are her best friend :)
We promised Rain that we would find her a great home with a family who would give her lots of attention. She will do well with a basic puppy obedience class. She has never walked on a leash until a week ago, but she is coming along very well! She met some cats yesterday and she liked them! She is also good with kids and has lived with small children. Like most Weims, she won't do well left alone for long hours, she really needs a family that can spend a lot of time with her. The ideal situation would be a family where one adult works from home or stays home.
