My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lexi. She’s an adorable happy little corgi with a tail. She's around seven years old, housebroken, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm/ehrlichia/lyme negative, and started on HW preventative. She gets along with other dogs, but would probably do best with an easy going male if there are multiple dogs. She doesn't seem to mind cats at all -- she ignores them. She goes in a crate and does just fine while crated. Lexi loves to be near anyone that will give her attention and she loves to go for walks. She's an incredibly sweet girl that needs to find a place that will cherish her for the rest of her life.

Lexi has some mild lumbosacral spondylosis (arthritis) that we believe taking some weight off, proper nutrition, and our usual regimen of supplements will help. Upon coming into rescue, she had a very nasty mouth that we'll be tending to.

Lexi will be available very soon for adoption.
