My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This truly refined gentleman has so much unconditional love to offer and would be a perfect companion to any family. With the exception of frequent belly scratches and rub-downs, Leo doesn't expect anything in return from a loving family.  

Leo is very relaxed and would have no problem laying with you on the couch or hanging outside on the porch listening to and watching local wildlife. Leo hasn't had any accidents while in the crate or house but doesn't quite know how to signal to the door when he has to use the bathroom - he will start pacing a lot though. He is very loving and affectionate - you can expect a lot of kisses and he loves snuggling up next to you on the pillow in the morning. Don't let his age fool you! Leo is always on for a game of tug with a toy and likes being chased when he has a toy. If you mention walk/leash he perks up and will wait for you at the door. He absolutely loves being taken on walks - short but frequent walks are probably best for him. Leo will look for you when you enter but won't rush the door and he seldom if ever barks at noises.

Leo has dry eye right eye which will likely require drops for treatment the rest of his life. He gives no trouble whatsoever putting them in though. Leo is 6 years old and weighs 33 pounds.
