Mattie is a beautiful 1 year old female with a loving, sweet personality. Mattie was surrendered to the SacSPCA along with her Mama and sister. Mattie was extremely timid and had a very difficult time adjusting to the Shelter. However, once in her foster home she has blossomed and loves playing with her doggie buddies, going for walks and snuggling beside you AND looking at you adoringly!
