My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mopsy...HSS rescued this sweet, little Shih-Tzu girl from a local animal control facility, she was extremely matted with a severe upper respiratory infection. Now in a foster home, Mopsy is finally 'safe' - feeling the comforts of 'home' and playing with her other 'friends' (even the pot belly pigs!)...

During her routine veterinary exam, Mopsy also tested heartworm positive (she has since undergone her treatments) and was diagnosed with early on-set glaucoma (requiring her to need daily eye drops to keep her vision stable), hence, the 'special needs' status.

Breed: Shih Tzu - estimated DOB:~3 yrs. of age - current on her vaccines and dewormers - spayed - current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives -and microchipped. Housebroken/Crate trained/Walks well on a leash.
