My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

As sometimes happens my owner's life circumstances changed and we had to move into an apartment. I had been use to a big yard where I could run and play with my friends and all of a sudden I had to stay on a leash all the time when I was outside and I was very unhappy. My name is Bo, I am about 6 years old and a wonderful dog. I am housetrained, crate trained, current on shots, neutered and microchipped. I am great with kids, but I do not like cats. I love to be with people and I miss lying next to someone with my head in your lap. I probably am a collie/Australian shepherd mix, but whatever I am , I have a beautiful white coat with brown spots. i do require regular grooming to keep my coat from matting. My owner was very sad to give me up but wanted me to be happy again. If you have a big yard and lots of love to give then I am your man! I am good on a leash so we can go for lots of walks and I love to ride so you can take me anywhere. I do not like to be by myself so I may howl some when you leave, but I will settle down and wait for you to return. A female doggy playmate would be nice so I would not always be by myself when you leave. You will find an application at www.dfwcollierescue.org; fill it out and send it to dfwcollierescue@gmail.com and we can get the adoption process started. DFW Collie Rescue will want to check your references and do a home visit before I can come live with you. There is an adoption fee and a small fee to register my microchip. Don't delay, get that application filled out today!
