My name is Maisey. I’m a tiny package of fun, that has adorable written ALL over me! I have so much going for me, besides my good looks, that you are just going to want to make me yours in a heartbeat.
I am house and crate trained. I know the command “sit” and I am learning to “lie down”. I LOVE car rides and think the best place to co-pilot from is in your lap. I should probably be secured in the backseat so we both can concentrate on the road. :)
I have two furry foster siblings that I get along with very well; even the grouchy foster sister has succumbed to my charms and lets me hang out with her now. I’m a very well-balanced gal. If you take the time to introduce me properly to other doggies, I can get along with most any of them.
I love, love, love to cuddle. I can curl up into such a small ball next to you, that you’ll think you adopted a cat instead of a petite pittie that actually comes when you call, unlike those felines that could care less. I LOVE to curl up on any soft surface; beds (yours), couches and cushioned chairs are the bomb-diggity. I can’t get enough of cuddles and cushions and blankies!
Don’t get me wrong, cuddling is only part of my charm. I love, love, love to play. I have the cutest little dance I like to do when I get excited; which is most anytime I see you. I stomp my little front feet and wiggle my butt for all I’m worth. I talk too, when I get excited…play with me…play with me…play with me.
Please excuse me, though, if it takes me a few seconds to make sure you are best friend worthy. I am doing my best to overcome my past, but someone way back when wasn’t so nice to me, and that has made me just a little bit timid with strangers. Once you pass muster, I’m all kisses and butt wiggles.
Because I am still working on my confidence, I will do best in a home with big kids that know how to be gentle with doggies like me, who are happy dogs in scaredy-cat bodies.
