Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MEET RUDY !! He is a LOVEABLE Gentle Giant.
1.5 yrs old , he is a BIG boy ( neutered) and a total couch potato ! VERY ultra calm & laid back, loves female dogs.
non food, treat agressive- very stable temperment.
housebroken, well mannered.
obeys off leash - yet has no formal leash training.
He knows commands: sit , stay, lay down, and his off leash recall is excellent.
Rudy loves to hang out with you , watch TV, & get lots of love & attention.
Good with children, and calm enough for retired folks.
His sheer size makes him a very good crime detterant, even though he is very gentle in nature I doubt anyone would try to break in your home with Rudy as your beloved dog!
RUDY was NEVER tested with cats or prey type animals,( birds, critters etc) so we cannot say how he would do with them.
Rudy was rescued from life on a chain - and he REALLY appreciates being a house dog.
He has the personality of a mastiff, very ultra laid back- even at his young age - he is not as "bossy" or "pushy" as a pure bred rotty would be at this age. he is FAR calmer & easy to handle.
he is a TRUE gem of a giant dog, I cannot stress enough what a GOOD dog he is with NO behavior issues, no fear issues, no behavior issues.

Rudy is located in Illinois ( apx 4.5 HOURS from Grand Rapids.)
