Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We cannot say enough good things about Samantha. She is a very well rounded girl and stable minded. She loves kitty cats and let's them sleep on top of her. She is a Great Pyr and Collie mix and is about 1.5 years old. She is also great with other people and dogs. She loves to snuggle up on the couch and watch TV, but really enjoys hanging out in the outdoors. We will require that she go to a family that has a good sized fenced in yard and allows her to do plenty of outdoor activities. She currently weighs in at about 70 pounds, but needs to gain just a few. She looks bigger than she is because of her Fluffy coat. She is mild mannerd and laid back with good house manners, but also loves to play with her foster siblings. If she feels that any of her foster siblings are getting picked on, she will put herself in the middle and simply stand there to defuse what she sees to be trouble. She especially does this with her foster sister Lilly, who is blind and deaf. Sam is what we would consider a "Nanny" dog. She loves to have a purpose and something to care for. For this reason, we will require that she be in a home with another dog. Samantha is currently being fostered in Tennessee, but is available to be transported via a professional transport to the New England Area.
