Frankie is a tiny 3-pound chihuahua boy who is nothing but sweetness and love. He was very underweight when he entered rescue but has been positively soaked in love and attention in his foster home and is now ready for adoption! He is about 2 years old and is very friendly and great with other dogs. He loves attention from everyone! This tiny boy would do best without tiny children in the home. His adoption fee is $350.
