My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Let me start of by saying how awesome Chico is. He LOVES everyone and everything. He still has plenty of energy for 8 yrs old. He simply just wants to be near people all the time. Thats what makes him content. Now onto the special needs part. If you know anything about dobermans then you know they are prone to a condition called Wobblers. We cannot say how long he has had it because his previous owner dumped him in the shelter like this, however we have had him for about 2 months and he was in the shelter for about 3 days so he has at least had it for at least 2 months. After being taken to the vet for a check up we have decided to just make him comfortable with pain meds and anxiety meds for the last couple of years he may have left. They are guessing maybe 3 or 4 yrs left.
So with all that being said we are looking for an adopter who can pretty much just give this gorgeous boy the love he deserves for his last year's. His adoption fee will be waived for whoever steps up to adopt him until the end of May. After that it will be $200
