Sleepy is a male Chihuahua weighing 6lbs that is 10-11 months old. He was surrendered with his sister, Cookie and his mom and dad, Biscuit and Girlie. Sleepy has slight neurological issues that don't have an effect on his quality of life, and most of the time you cannot even tell he's special. Sleepy is the friendliest of the Chihuahua family. He is a happy, friendly boy.
