I am Peppy the Poo and I am looking for l'amour(that's love in French...tee hee hee:). Everyone that meets me falls head over heels in love. The girls love my long eyelashes and big brown soulful eyes. I'm a miniature poodle and could be purebred, maybe a mix, but there's more to me than just my good looks...oh yes, I have huge personality and lots of love to give. I love car rides, cuddling on a comfy lap and running super fast zoomies in the yard(and in the house too!). I love playing with toys so be sure to get me a toybox....you know, so I can pull them all out after you pick them all up. tee hee hee! I like other dogs but would be perfectly happy as your one and only too. I have to admit I am not a big fan of cats or small kids. I would be much happier with adults who will spoil me rotten like I deserve. So, you might be wondering why I am in rescue if I am so perfect? I was very much loved by my people. My human mom died a few years ago and my beloved human dad just recently passed away. That left me homeless and I was pretty scared. I heard people talking about taking me to a shelter and I don't know what that is but it sounds scary. Thankfully I was welcomed as a foster dog at Izzy's Place instead and I'll stay in my foster home until I find the right furever family to adopt. I'm in excellent health, up to date on vet care, neutered, and I take my heartworm preventive meds each month.
