Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Emma is a stunning beauty! This 6 1/2 year old (approx DOB 9/2010) female caramel and white collie mix has tantalizing eyes. Emma weighs approximately 70 pounds and is very healthy. Emma is very playful when comfortable and secure; she loves her humans and truly loves human touch! She would do best with a calm male/female companion dog or as an only dog; she would not be comfortable in a high energy environment. Emma would also accept older calm children who understand dog behavior. Emma walks very well on leash and enjoys the security of her humans, although she’s sometimes skeptical of strangers. She is leash and crate trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm free, spayed, and microchipped. Emma will need a secure yard with a tall fence for daily exercise; she will not do well with small children. Is your family the match for this sweet girl?
***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ- Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference and trial adoption will be done before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.
