My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BENTLEY was rescued from a shelter several months ago. At this time we think he is around 15 years old. He has chronic dry eye and will require daily eye drops to keep him comfortable for the rest of his life. He has been getting the eye drops daily and allows you to put them in his eyes with ease once he is comfortable with you. Bentley was have sneezing fits and frequently had a runny nose. After many vet visit and an x-ray it was determined that his trachea is not straight and this may be causing some the fits. He was placed on a medication to keep him comfortable and he has responded well. He is perky and feisty when he wants to be. He is also on Zyrtec daily to keep his allergies under control. He is living with other dogs and children and doing well with both. He is sweet and likes to hang around the house. He is excellent on a leash and has the cutest little trot when walking down the street. He is very appreciative to be in a home and part of family. He would do best in a calm home looking for a little independent buddy to have around. Bentley is free roaming in his foster home all day and night. All of Bentley's medications will be given to the adopter. We feel that Bentley will need to be kept on all 3 medications for the rest of his life. The 3 medications combined cost close to $90 a month.
