Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Reese is a 4 year-old (approx DOB 2/2013) male black and tan hound mix weighing about 90 pounds. Reese came to us from a family who rescued him as an abandoned puppy in a Walmart parking lot; as he grew older, he became too much dog for their young children. Reese’s activity level is normal for a dog his age and breed. He loves to engage his playmates in a game of tussle or chase! Reese knows come, sit, kennel; he will need a secure fenced yard for exercise and would do best with another compatible dog as a companion and playmate. Reese is neutered, microchipped, on heartworm prevention, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Small children are usually not a good match for a dog this size. Is your family the right match for this sweet hunk?
***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ- Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference and trial adoption will be done before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.
