My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cleo is so pretty and loves to play! She was an owner surrender because she would go crazy when other dogs would walk by and they didn't know how to handle it. They grabbed her by the collar and she redirected her aggression and bit the 15-year-old kid. This incident should not be held against her. She has been a perfect lady with us, initially shy, but now very playful and loving. She is a very beautiful, nice girl! She is about 4 years old and 50#. We have had her for over 2 years!

Cleo will play fetch with the tennis ball 24/7. She loves water and is extremely smart and learns new commands easily. She know SIT, HIGH 5, SHAKE, COME, GIVE, STAY etc. She walks well on a leash. She is a pleasure to be around. She loves to meet new people and will lean up to be pet and pet and pet.

She is fine with cats and is also fine with dogs that leave her alone. She just prefers her people and playing ball.

Cleo is good with everyone she meets. Just show her that ball and she'll be your friend forever! We've had Cleo a long time and we don't understand why? Can you help her? She deserves a good home.

This dog's adoption fee is $150 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.

The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an application. If you'd like to have an application emailed to you, just email us. If you would like more information on C.A.R.E.S. and our adoption process, please read our webpage by clicking on our name. Thank you!
