Everyone talked and talked about how sad a case this was. But no one has helped her. Was taken by warden with a 6' chain and padlock he had to cut off. Flies had been eating at her ears. Seriously thought a rescue would help her ... So far no one. Please contact thepawssquad@yahoo.com
