Tootie is a bubbly girl who is just full of life! She is one happy dog and she wants to share the joy. You can't help but smile when you take her out of the kennel. She is affectionate and playful and she just wants to go, go go! Even though she has lots of energy, she also loves to chill out in the grass with her teddy bear! Tootie loves to say hi to all the other dogs at the shelter, she has even had a "boyfriend", but needs a home that is kitty-free. She would love an active playmate and family.
