TIGO is special needs. He was an owner turn-in that was kept outside in a cage. He is a very smart and sweet dog but he is also blind. We need someone to adopt TIGO who will see him through until the rest of his life. TIGO is on medication and will need to remain on the medication in order to live. He is a tough little boy and just loves life! Are you that special someone who can take care of TIGO and show him that life is really wonderful? He monthly medications run about $75 per month.
