For reasons having nothing to do with her, Ellie was just surrendered by her owner. Poor thing was shaking like a leaf. She is sad and confused, but starting to come around. This little girl is a 13 year old, pure-bred Mini Dachshund. Ellie is completely blind, but she gets around well. When she needs to go to the bathroom she will wait by the door. This sweet little girl is up to date on shots, micro-chipped, and has had a recent dental cleaning. Because of being blind, Ellie will need a home with no young children. We are looking for someone special who is willing to open their heart and home to this sweet soul.
If you are interested in adopting, we encourage you to please submit an application on our website today so that we can try and process and pre-approve any potential adopters prior to our next adoption event.
