My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cesar was taken to a bording facility and his owners never came back for him. So after a year of being left there with the owner of the facility they reached out for a help from a rescue. So we brought Ceasar to CT. He has calmed down from when he was first left, He has turned into a very sweet boy. He is about 3 years old. Would love a loving family who he can calls his own....a family that would never dump him again. Is that family yours?
