Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Attention! TROOPER Here!
I am a very cute, little Doxie looking for my furever home.
I am about 3 years young and weigh apprx. 10 lb - I am a happy boy, who is playful and loving, like my foster mom describes me.
I was rescued as a baby with my Mom and siblings from a horrible place where we were born on a dirty old used couch that what thrown away down in Tijuana... Our Rescuer saw the photo and her heart sank and she rushed and work diligently to save us from dying there. When we arrived we were all sick, including Mom... the veterinarian ran tests on all of us and we began treatment for mange, and pneumonia. Then us babies came down with Distemper. We were in trouble.... Our rescuer and foster mom was in full force working to save our lives... Unfortunately only my Mom and I survived... we lost my siblings.
I am completely healed and healthy now, a young assistant manager here at the rescue... I help my foster mom with crowd control. She says I am a good herding dog since I round everyone up to go outside in the mornings. She say I even sound like a hound dog when I bark... I love her we have become quite bonded since she saved my life from a deadly disease. So my only 'special need' is not really special or a need so to speak, but since I had distemper, I retain a slight twitch that I will have all my life... It doesn't bother me if it wont bother you.... I even twitch in my sleep... I also have some staining damage to my teeth from the medications I had to take as a baby to save my life... neither of these things are deal breakers, nor do they make me an unadoptable dog, as I am the happiest dog on the planet, and I am a good boy and deserve my own home with my own family. And I am super handsome and 100% confident if you ever met me in person you would fall in love with me anyway....
So, I am waiting for you right here - if you feel I am the one you have been looking for so long, or you wanna take a chance that you just may love me.... please use contact info to schedule a meet and greet soon.
Yours with a happy tailwag!
