My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello.....my name is Edy. I am a sweet but shy 2 year old calico. I was rescued from a feral cat colony in Brockton. I spent a little bit of time at the adoption center in the Everett Petsmart store. I then went to a foster home for a very short period of time. I am now at the Somerville adoption center. I like the adoption center because it allows me to spend time out of my cage and to interact with the other cats. The other cats are very nice to me. They must sense that I am shy and frightened.

I respond to petting but I'm not a big fan of being picked up. I don't know if I will ever be a lap cat. I guess time will tell.

I would love the opportunity to show you just how sweet I am. I would love to have a home to call my own. I'm not a busy cat. I am a quiet girl. I think older children would be best for me as younger children may be tempted to pick me up.
If you have another cat, that would be ok too. I don't know if I would cuddle with your other cat but other cats in the house, is just fine with me. I am not aggressive, I am a quiet girl just looking for a quiet and loving forever home.
