My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Furiosa! She was found as an orphan in rural KY, and we brought her up north for a chance to find her forever home. Furiosa is absolutely darling (and yes, we took her name from a Mad Max character!). She is a perfect combination of all things kitten - playful, curious, hilarious, and super affectionate.

Furiosa is fostered with other cats without issue. She seems to prefer canned food diet to dry. We feed a variety of grain-free canned food like Fancy Feast Classic and dry food is Orijen. Estimated date of birth is February 2015. Her foster home is in Cleveland Heights, OH, but we work with adopters within central and northeastern Ohio. Please consider giving this friendly little tortie a home of her own.

MAWL's cats are spayed/neutered, leukemia/FIV-tested, dewormed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines. The cats we offer for adoption are usually the offspring of feral cats or house cats that have been abandoned by their former owners. Unless otherwise noted, our cats are available to inside homes only. We prefer to adopt our animals to residents of Ohio. An adoption donation of $75.00 helps to cover the veterinary fees.
