My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piper was rescued from a local shelter along with her one newborn pup a few months ago. Unfortunately, her pup didn't survive the first night. Piper began to shut down and our rescue scrambled to find surrogate pups for piper. We found 3 puppies who lost their mother during birth and Piper immediately bobbed with them and took them as her own. That was exactly what she needed to turn around and start eating again. Since then, her 3 surrogate pups have grown and been adopted.

Piper is a bit timid and shy. She needs a quiet home and a warm lap. She can be a runner so a fenced yard with no holes or someone to walk her on a leash is a must.
