Millie was rescued by Mercy's Door Pet Rescue in Ohio and is now in a loving foster home. Nothing beats having a family to call their own though so help us find Millie the PERFECT forever home! Millie is a special needs girl as she has a condition called collapsing trachea. This does not effect her life in any way, she just cannot wear a collar... and also coughs. She has medication to use as needed to help, but has never needed to take it while in foster care! This is one sweet girl who is ready for a home! Apply at www.mercysdoorpetrescue.org.
