My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lazarus is our miracle puppy. When he found CARE, he was in cardiac arrest (his heart had stopped beating). CPR was performed and Lazarus was revived. Diagnostics showed that he was critically anemic with free blood within his chest and abdomen. The most likely cause was an unknown coagulopathy. During a blood transfusion, Lazarus coded again. Resuscitation was instituted and he responded, again. Amazingly, after dying twice, Lazarus was like a new puppy the next day, eating, and barking. He was put on a course of Vitamin K to combat likely rat poisoning. Fast forward a few weeks and Lazarus is neutered, microchipped, and progressing through his puppy vaccines.
