My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Ivory was picked up as a stray living on her own on the back country roads of East Tennessee. Thankfully we were alerted to her and able to get her safe in a foster home. No family was looking for her so now we have to find her perfect forever home. She appears to be a mix of redbone coon hound and blood hound. She has plenty of loose skin that she is going to have to grow into and those precious hound dog wrinkles on her head. Our vet has guessed her to have been born in mid August. As of Christmas time, she weighed approximately 40-45 pounds. Not doubt she is going to be a big girl when she is all grown up. She is as sweet as they come and doesn't seem to have a bad bone in her body. She LOVES to play with other dogs and would love to have a home for her that has another dog that shares her enthusiasm for playing. We will require that she go to a home with a fenced in yard. Her favorite activities include playing, sleeping, and repeating. She is very social and loves everyone that she meets. Every day is the best day ever for her. She rest well in her crate after a nice long play session. She is working on her potty training skills, but it will be up to her adoptive family to continue this training with her. She is currently in foster care in Tennessee, but is available to be transported via professional transport to the New England area to an adoptive home. Ivory is spayed and up to date on vaccinations as well as microchipped. If you are interested in learning more about Ivory, please email us at brighthopeadoptions@gmail.com and you will receive an auto reply with a link to our online application. Her adoption fee is $275 and the transport fee is $130.
