My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Breed:dutch
Size: About 5 pounds
DOB: She is the middle age of the group so we believe about 12/2013
Reason in Rescue:We took in three bunny girls that came from a very large group of bunnies (75!) that someone had living in their barn, a population that had grown out of control. The rest were all sent to other rescues, and we got these guys!
Personality: The bunnies from this group had been living mostly on their own but considering their situation, they are very good. Nutmeg was in the worst shape with lots of scabs on her nose and she was skinny, with some muscle wasting (not even able to jump in and out of a litter box).. Since she arrived, she is completely healed and is now doing great and can run and play and jump with the best of them! Nutmeg is a sweet, sweet girl. She's very snuggly, likes petting and attention and is very well behaved. She is a very laid back and chill girl. She is litter box trained! Nutmeg lives in a big puppy pen and is immaculate with her space and uses her litter box awesomely!
Friends: Nutmeg is living on her own but she is a good candidate to be bonded to a neutered male.
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2'). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (email for the application), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. Suggested adoption donation is $60 which includes her spay and microchip.
