SKEETER WAS FOUND IN RURAL PAYETTE COUNTY ALONG WITH ANOTHER DOG. BOTH WERE COLD, HUNGRY AND SCARED OF EVERYTHING.

SKEETER IS A YOUNG MALE, APPROX 1 YR OLD. HE WILL BE NEUTERED AND UTD ON VACCINATIONS PRIOR TO BEING ADOPTED. HE SEEMS TO GET ALONG WITH OTHER SMALL DOGS AND IS VERY PLAYFUL AND AFFECTIONATE.
