My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hank is looking for his true forever home. He is a almost a year old and still has lots of puppy in him. He is a very active and happy boy. He likes people and does well with other dogs. We are looking for a family that has time and enjoys walks, playing in the yard and the fulfillment of helping a young adult male reach his full potential. He was adopted out as a young puppy and was not provided the structure and consistency needed for a puppy. He is timid but will have a lot of energy due to his breed when he settles in. We have him back in our rescue to find his true forever family. We are looking for families that know puppies are work despite their size and is looking forward to meeting the next member of their family.
Alsip To The Rescue (ATTR) strives as a rescue to make sure that when our adopters take home their new rescue they feel they have the support and access to all resources which ATTR can provide. If you want to learn how you can set your new rescue up to succeed and blend in with your family come to our Meet The Trainer sessions each weekend. We will give you tips on what to do when you first bring home a new rescue. Saturday at Noon in St John and Sunday at Noon in Frankfort are free Meet The Trainer sessions with more free sessions to be added during the week soon. Fill out an application in the Get Involved section to meet our rescues. www.alsiptotherescue.org!
