Olivia is a darling 2 yr old Boston Terrier/Wirehaired terrier mix weighing just 15 lbs. She is spayed, current on all vaccines, microchipped and heartworm negative. Olivia came to us from a hoarding situation and has made such tremendous progress with her socialization and housebreaking. Olivia is crate trained and gets along well with other dogs. She would do best with fur siblings closer in age, as playmates. Olivia does tend to chew and would need some safe chew toys to stimulate that need, in a healthy manner. We strongly recommend obedience training for Olivia, as she has lived without rules or discipline, prior to arrival in our rescue. She is working on her manners, in her foster home and we want to see her continue training, to help her succeed in life. Olivia is best suited to a home with no young children.
APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED. ADOPTION FEE $250
BLUEGRASS SENIOR DOG RESCUE ONLY FOSTERS/ADOPTS DOGS THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING RABIES AND BORDATELLA AND ARE SPAYED/NEUTERED. ALL ANIMALS ARE MICROCHIPPED AND THE RESCUE PAYS THE REGISTRATION FEE. APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED.
Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or long term basis. The rescue pays for all of the dog’s veterinary care and monthly preventatives for the dog while in foster care.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
