This dear gentleman needs a home that has respect for elders. Mr. Tuggles is a sweet guy who was surrendered to a vet by his owners because he is "old" Animal rescue stepped in because he is not sick or injured. He has good quality of life with many yrs still left to bring joy for himself and the lucky people who want to give him the home and love he deserves. Are you that family?
