My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ivan is a 2 year old male purebred German Shepherd Dog, in search of a forever-family.

Ivan is a large male, already at 100 pounds, but he is well behaved and very calm for his age. He's excellent around people and has good manners. He does fairly well with other dogs too, but needs continued work on his socialization. With proper leadership and structure, Ivan will be an A+ Shepherd, and a fantastic addition to home looking for a large-breed dog.

Our requirements for him are a stable home, preferably with a fenced yard(no apartments or condos) with no young children(under age of 7), small breed dogs, and especially no cats. We were told Ivan was a cat killer upon getting him. We are a bit skeptical of that after observing him over an extended period, but it's what we were told, so if you have cats or have plans of getting any in the future, please do not contact us about Ivan. Lifetime training from Von Dubinhaus Shepherds is included as part of Ivan's adoption, so we hope that our adoptee will take advantage of that offer and help this dog reach his potential!
