Everyone, Meet Hoover! He has been with us since FEB. 26th and so desperately wants his forever home!! He is in foster care, and has proven his loyalty. Although he is a fence jumper, as most border collies are, he will win you heart! He is house trained, kennel trained and walks well on leash. He is good with other dogs, and kids! He needs room to run, and play, could that be you?? He is fully vetted, including micro chipped. He needs a HOME, soon. His adoption fee has been lowered, because of the amount of time he has spent here. His adoption fee is $45, to an approved home. Please fill out an application for him.
