Dash, a 10-month-old, Golden Retriever has outgrown his puppy cuteness and now needs a guardian who will realize what it takes to make him into a good canine citizen. Dash cannot become the perfect Golden on his own. Obedience training is a MUST for dogs, especially large, adolescent dogs. Dash needs training in order for him to live happily as part of his new family. Dash, like all Goldens, is an athletic dog who thrives on physical activity. He will need lots of daily exercise -- rain or shine -- to keep him happy and healthy. Agility would be a wonderful activity for both Dash and his new Guardian. Dash's exhuberant jumping (and even his tail wagging) would not be safe for young children. Dash will require regular brushing and grooming. Dash can best be described as a "diamond in the rough". With patience, training, and exercise, Dash will grow into a calm and majestic Golden Boy. Are you the one who can commit to making this happen?
