My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duke is a 4 year old fawn colored Italian Greyhound. He is well behaved boy, but needs a lot of attention. This guy can really jump and always has to know what his happening in his yard or house. He gets along fine with all of the Italian Greyhounds I have seen him interact with and didn't have problems with a cat either. His potty skills are excellent, but in any new environment he will have accidents until he is adjusted to his new settings. Duke is leash trained and loves to go walking. He will whine in his kennel if he knows you are home, so we consider him partially kennel trained. He doesn't really care to play with toys, would rather enjoy the company of his owners. Duke would be a good companion for a first time IG owner, or for a home who has other Italian Greyhounds already. He would probably not be a good option for somebody living in an apartment. Please study up on this type of dog so you are not overwhelmed by clinglyness or their activity level. Duke is being fostered in Lincoln, Nebraska.
