My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scooby will turn two years old in February 2008. We know this because he came with registration papers as well as a pretty detailed medical history. Scooby was surrendered from his owners due to housetraining difficulties. He has had at least two homes already because his previous home obtained him from a humane society. So, let's give him his final home this time around. Scooby is extremely sweet and loving. He is a FINE BONED full-blooded Italian Greyhound. He is considered blue in color (kind of a steel blue color) with white markings on his chest, belly and legs. Scooby is very apt to loose weight if he isn't given enough food so he needs a home that will pamper him and watch his weight closely. He doesn't like to be away from people, and being put in a pet motel he has lost a little weight in the past. He is very much a people oriented dog and needs constant interaction with his family to be happy. Scooby is working on his potty habits. He can't hold it very long, so somebody who is able to regularly come home is a must to let him out when needed. This little guy knows how to sit, and has been working on the stay command. He will jump in your arms if you call him up. He doesn't like to be alone, and is working on his kenneling habits too. Scooby needs somebody who will watch him every time he goes outside. He likes to dig, and has dug himself out of his previous yard when his owners were gone. Scooby is already neutered. THis dogs likes cats and wants to play with them (not agressive at all around them). He likes kids, but since he is sooo fine boned he should not go to a home with small children. He will play pretty rough sometimes, never overly rough however. His playing hasn't ever turned mean according to his previous owners. Scooby also expects to snuggle a good portion of the day, and likes to sleep under the covers each night along with his owners.May 6, 2024, 12:08 am
