Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Anderson is a larger IG weighing in at around 18 pounds. He is blue (a greyish color) and white. He is between 18-24 months old. He is a little shy at first but warms up to people quickly. He loves to cuddle on your lap and get under the covers. He has a really sweet personality. He gets along well with other dogs and loves to play. He absolutely loves toys and will play fetch with you. He is working on potty training, he seems to follow the lead of other IGs and will go when they go. He loves eating table food and at a new home should be put in his crate during meal times because he will literally try to jump on the table to get food. He isn't aggressive towards other animals, although he likes to chase cats. He will use his own food bowl and other dogs try to eat out of his he doesn't growl. Overall he has a great personality and would make a great companion. Anderson is being fostered in St. Joseph, Missouri.
This little boy and 14 other dogs were part of a rescue effort between the Kearney NE Humane society, the Nebraska IG Rescue, and the State of Nebraska. The Nebraska IG Rescue ended up taking 11 of the 14 Italian Greyhounds, and 3 stayed with the Kearney Humane society. You can read more about at the following website.
