Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Personality: super mellow and easy going. Sometimes you won't even notice she is around because she does not make much noise at all. Georgia loves to jump up on and sleep in the office chair. She isn't the type to bug anyone. Sometimes she gets in these playful moods where she wants to play with other dogs. When you come home she greets you by jumping on her back legs and waiting for you to get down to her level so that she can smother you with kisses! She is easy to pick up and put on your lap if you want to watch TV and she will probably just relax and fall asleep on you.
She has been around dogs of all sizes and is perfectly fine with everyone. She has even been introduced to a rabbit in the foster home and does fine around him as well. I don't think she'd have a problem with cats.
Potty trained. Leash trained (but loves to be carried). Not a picky eater. Loves food and treats. Very sweet when meeting strangers. Not an excessive barker and will howl and bark only when she hears sirens or fireworks go off. Affectionate and likes to give kisses. Not an active shedder!
Would be great for a family that isn't super fast paced. Maybe a retired couple? Or someone that won't expect her to be very active. Don't get me wrong, she loves to roam around the yard and explore - she doesn't just sleep all day. She also runs around the house and plays like a puppy at times.
Georgia will come vaccinated, dewormed, spayed, with dental cleaning and work done on teeth, also with common eye surgery to fix her cherry eyes (please look up condition if you aren't aware of it!!). She doesn't have any health issues.
She has been through a lot... Found on the street, probably bred and dumped in poor condition. A lot has been invested into getting her in the improved shape that she is in.
