My name is Carley and I'm a 2.5-year-old white Shepherd mix. My foster mom says I was treated badly by people in my past, but that under her care, I've come a long way! She says I will need a patient, experienced adopter who will set healthy boundaries. I'm a moderate energy dog, and even though I'm active, I am not hyper. I am housebroken and well behaved indoors, and get along great with other dogs. I'm spayed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on all my shots, and on heartworm prevention. My foster mom says I walk very well on a leash, and love car rides. She thinks it would be best if my new home does not have any children under 12, so I can have mature, loving, responsible owners who can help me blossom even more! I am gentle and I have never bitten anyone, but do not like to be picked up. As you can see, I'm very photogenic, too! Would you like to make me a part of your family?
