Hello! My name is ELSA (that seems to be a very popular name these days but I am not sure why – I keep hearing something about frozen but I don’t know anything about that). I am a very sweet girl – very calm and laid back. I don’t even jump on people! I might be young but I am pretty darn smart because I already know how to sit and I am learning “down”. I bet if you take me to obedience school, I will be doing a lot of other things at your command (but you need to make sure to give me treats). I kind of like water – I like to put my feet in my water bowl. My foster mom took me to the beach to see if I liked the big ocean but I didn’t like swimming in that water too much. That ocean water bowl is way too big for me to play in! I did like running and playing on the beach and my favorite thing was to dig and play in the sand!! I hope my forever home comes with a kiddie pool or big galvanized water tub that I can play in, a nice fenced yard, and lots of toys. I am a social girl so another friendly dog to play with would be a dream come true – but I would prefer another calm dog like me. If you are looking for a best friend and new family member, I will fill your heart with blessings!
We think Elsa was born in June 2015 and is available for adoption with Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio. Her adoption fee is $150.00. An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. If you would like more information or an adoption application, please email us at sgdrsa@outlook.com.
Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
