My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Max, I am 1 yr young and eager to please. I have good behavior, but I am nervous and take time warming up to a new family. I had been roaming Seagraves TX for a few weeks before the ACO was able to catch me. I sat in doggy jail for three days waiting for someone to claim me, but I knew that wouldn't happen. I was SAVED and newly named Max. The people took me to my foster home and I didn't feel comfortable contained in the yard, so I jumped the fence. I was alone again. 6 days later a sweet family found me 15 miles away and brought me here. I understand now, they are here to help and find me a nice warm bed to sleep on at night. Can that be you? I am great with children and other dogs too! I am easily contained in an 6 ft chain-link fence, but I am also good to free-roam after I have had enough time to know this is home. I have learned basic obedience and I LOVE to play fetch!

My adoption fee is $100 and includes my neuter, vaccinations, microchip, deworm, 3 month flea/tick prevention and ME!
