He is great with other cats and dogs in his foster home. He enjoys peoples and likes to be petted. He is fully vetted and he is ready to sit in someone's lap so he can enjoy watching TV or looking at birds sitting by the window. He likes to play with his toys and would love to find a family of his own. Would you give him a second chance?
