My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bo Bo! He was rescued from owners who left in the middle of the night. He has lived on a chain his whole life...until now! Bo Bo is a 4.5 year old Great Dane mix. He sits on command and walks on a leash but does pull some but getting better. Already crate trained, he should house train very quickly. This boy is a smart and wants to please. He is friendly, enjoys attention and very easy to train! Toys, especially balls, are his friend. This boy enjoys car rides and jumps right in! He also adores water as can be seen in his video...and likes to take a quick swim every morning! This gorgeous boy has been neutered, chipped, all vaccinations, is HW-, de-wormed and on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Bo Bo currently weighs 72.5 pounds and is a love! If you love big mutts (like we do) and need one to take up your sofa, e-mail info.caresga@gmail.com for an adoption application. Bo Bo is easy to fall in love with! Adoption fees for puppies are $300, adults dogs are $250 and senior dogs are $150. This includes each animal being current on age appropriate vaccinations including DHPPL, bordetella and rabies, de-wormed for any internal parasites (round worms, hook worms, tape worms and whipworms), tested heart-worm negative (if positive, they are treated), tested negative for tick borne diseases, spayed/neutered, implanted with a mini micro-chip and have been examined by a veterinarian to certify that they are healthy. All animals are also on a monthly regime of flea and heartworm medication. Lifetime registration for the micro-chip as well as 30 days of free pet insurance is also included in each adoption fee. In addition, each adopter will go home with a fitted collar, tags, a bag of dog food the pet has been on, Forti-Flora, and an adoption kit filled with valuable information and coupons as well as other various treats or toys as promotions become available. All puppy adoptions include a puppy training book, the Puppy Primer by Patricia McConnell, to help ensure a smooth transition for your new family member.
We ask that you consider an additional donation on top of this pet's adoption fee. This money will go directly into our Adoption Fund to be used exclusively for rescuing and caring for other pets in need. Many pets we take in have very high vet bills to get them healthy and adoptable for the public - much higher than their adoption fees. We receive no government funding and rely solely on donations from our community and caring adopters to continue our rescue efforts!
