My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Taco is a young estimated 1 to 2 year old Chihuahua. He was stuck at a pound after he was found running around as a stray. He is a charming little guy who does well with dogs. He does need a home with older kids. He does have some allergies so adopters will need to provide him with Benadryl when his allergies are acting up. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, has a microchip, and heartworm tested. His adoption fee is $300 I am a tiny, energetic dog that loves being around people! I love to sit in laps and give lots of kisses. I'm uncomfortable around bigger dogs though I've made progress with saying hello politely to my foster sister- I even tried to play with her until I got scared of how big and fast she is! I would probably enjoy playmates that are more my size. I'm also learning how to go potty outside and need humans who will keep teaching me! I work hard for treats and praise and I'm a fast learner. I love prancing around the yard and exploring, though my favorite place is cuddling up next to my foster mom. I do well around older kids and am so interested in the resident cat that he won't meet me because he thinks I'm too excited. I will melt your heart with my big, sweet eyes and how I excited I get when you call me to come to you...I am a very happy dog and just need my furever family to find me and take me home!
